OUR CORE BELIEFS
God
We believe in one God existing eternally in three personalities, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. We believe in the use of the word Trinity to describe this great truth. (Isaiah 9:6; John 13:20, 14:16, 17, 23, 26)
Holy Bible
We believe that the Holy Bible is the infallible Holy Spirit inspired Word of God. That it is without error, is completely relevant for today and is the final authoritative Word of God. (2Tim 3:16; 2Pet 1:20, 21)
Virgin Birth of Jesus
We believe Jesus Christ came in the flesh, born of the Virgin Mary after the Holy Spirit overshadowed her. (Isaiah 7:14, Matt 1:23)
Jesus Sinless Life
We believe that Jesus Christ led a sinless life, took the sins of the world on Himself through His death on the cross. We believe that He was placed dead in the tomb for three days and rose again from the dead conquering death, hell and the grave. We believe that Jesus is now seated at the right hand of the Father as our mediator and advocate. (2Cor 5:21)
All Have Sinned
We believe that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. We believe that everyone is born in the sin of Adam and are only able to enter into heaven through the Holy sinless blood of Jesus, which Jesus shed for all of us on the cross. (Rom 3:23)
One Life to Live
We believe that all people everywhere will only have one life to live and then stand before God in the judgment. (Heb 9:27)
The Judgment
We believe those who by His grace are following Jesus when they die will receive beautiful and precious, eternal life, but those who have sadly rejected Jesus’ love and grace in this lifetime will because of their own choices, receive the wrath of eternal damnation and separation from God. We believe that God gave the very life of His only Son to make a way for all who are willing to repent of their sin and stand in His righteousness before Him, forgiven of their sins and received as beloved sons and daughters of the Lord Himself. We believe that those who reject Jesus are still in their sin and God cannot have sin in His Presence. We believe this is why the Lord in His love and mercy made a way of escape for all who are willing through the death of His Son Jesus Christ.
(Psalm 1:5; Rev 20:11-15; 2Cor 5:10, Rom 14:10-12; 1Cor 3:10-14; Rev. 20:6, 10-15)
Salvation by Grace
We believe this great gift of salvation is not accomplished by works, by having our good works out weigh our bad works. We believe salvation is only accomplished by “Grace through Faith” as we all repent of our sins, turn away from our sins and follows Jesus Christ as the Lord of our lives.
(Eph 2:8, 9)
Water Baptism
We believe that according to God’s Holy Word, we as followers of Jesus Christ must be “water baptized.” We believe that water baptism should be by immersion. We believe water baptism can be taken as soon as the new believer understands what their commitment to follow Jesus means and that water baptism represents our identification with Jesus in His death, burial and resurrection. We believe as Jesus’ followers, that as we go under the water it is symbolic of our dying to our old sins and sin ruled life, burying our old sinful lifestyles. We believe coming up out of the water identifies, our resurrection with Jesus to a new blessed life following Jesus in His love, grace and righteousness. We believe in practicing Matthew 28:19 in that we are to “make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.”
(Matt 28:19, Acts 2:38, 41; Rom 6:3-11)
Second Coming of Jesus
We believe in the second coming of Jesus Christ, and that He is coming again soon. We believe that all people everywhere should make themselves ready for His return by repenting of their sin and following Jesus now before His second coming. We believe that His first coming was in grace and love, to invite all people without coercion to freely choose to love and follow Him. We believe that His second coming will be grace to those who are following Jesus when He returns and judgment for those who have sadly rejected His love and grace in this lifetime. We believe the judgment for those who have chosen to reject Jesus’ love and grace is not God’s desire for any person, but is chosen in freedom by the individuals themselves. We believe the result of choosing to separate yourself from God now, will result in the separation from God for eternity. We believe that everyone separated from God by their own freedom of choice and because of unrepented sins that lead to death will result in him or her being placed with the devil and his angels into the fires of hell. We believe that these fires of hell are real and were originally prepared for the devil and his angels who were the first, in pride, to reject God’s love. We believe Jesus in His love for us gave up His life in place of ours to rescue us from the fires of hell and from separation from God. We believe anyone who is willing to come to Jesus, repent and follow Jesus will freely receive eternal life with God. We believe that this decision to repent of sin and follow Jesus must be made in this lifetime before His Second Coming, or before one’s own death. We also believe that no one will know the day or the hour of Jesus Second Coming and we should be ready to meet the Lord Jesus at any time. (Rev Chapters 19-21; 2 Pet 3:10; 1 Thes 4:14-17, 5:2; Acts 1:11; Rev. 20:6, 10-15, 1 Cor 6:9-11, Gal 5:19-21, 1 John 5:16-17)
God Loves All People and Offers Salvation to All People
We believe that God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. (John 3:16, Rom 5:8, 1 John 2:2, Heb 2:9, John 1:29, 1 John 4:14, 1 Tim 4:10)

God is Love, Perfect, Holy, Unchanging and He is Supernatural
We believe that God is love and that He is perfect and Holy. We believe that God is unchanging and is the same yesterday, today and forever. We believe God is our supernatural Creator. We believe whatever God has done in the past He can still do today and more also. We believe God still Baptizes in the Holy Spirit, heals and gives spiritual gifts to strengthen and equip the Body of Christ to bring her to maturity. We believe everything we do should be done in love. We believe all God's acts are Holy and will be congruous with the Word of God, the Holy Bible. (Gen 1:27, Heb 13:8, MT 9:35, 1 Pet 2:24, James 5:14-15, Acts 10:38, MT 10:11, Acts 2:1-47, Acts 10:1-20, Acts 9:1-22, 2 Tim 3:16, 2 Pet 1:20, John 17:17, 1 Peter 1:20-21, Eph 4:11-13, Eph 2:20, 1 Cor 12, 1 Cor 13, 1 Cor 14, MT 5:17-19, 2 Tim 3:16, MT 24:25, 1 John 4:7-22)
THE NICENE CREED
I believe in one God, the Father almighty, maker of heaven and earth and of all things visible and invisible.
And in one Lord Jesus Christ, the only-begotten Son of God, begotten of the Father before all ages, God of God, Light of Light, very God of very God, begotten not made, being of one substance with the Father, through Whom all things were made: Who for us men and for our salvation came down from heaven, was incarnate by the Holy Spirit of the virgin Mary, and was made man: Who for us, too, was crucified under Pontius Pilate, suffered, and was buried: the third day He rose according to the Scriptures, ascended into heaven, and is seated on the right hand of the Father: He shall come again with glory to judge the living and the dead, and His kingdom shall have no end.
And in the Holy Spirit, the Lord and Giver of life, Who proceeds from the Father and the Son: Who together with the Father and the Son is worshiped and glorified: Who spoke by the prophets.
And I believe one holy, Christian, and apostolic Church.
I acknowledge one baptism for the remission of sins, and I look for the resurrection of the dead and life of the age to come.
Amen.
